MissionReady
AI-Powered Career Coach
Target Channels

MissionReady helps career changers break into sales by analyzing their resumes, identifying transferable strengths, and practicing interviews with an AI hiring manager. This marketing plan outlines a 4-week pre-launch campaign across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook — designed to build awareness, drive sign-ups, and collect early feedback for continuous improvement.

Week 1July 21-27, 2026
Teaser & Awareness

Theme: "The career change you want is closer than you think."

Content mix: 3 posts total (1 LinkedIn long-form, 1 IG Reel, 1 FB post)

Key message: Share personal founder story — your own career change journey, why you built this tool, and the problem you see every day (talented people stuck in the wrong careers because they can't "speak sales").

CTA: "Something's coming in August. Drop a 🔥 if you've ever wondered if sales was your next move."

Week 2July 28 - Aug 3, 2026
Problem Deep Dive

Theme: "Your resume is hiding your best skills — and you don't know it."

Content mix: 4 posts (1 LinkedIn article, 1 carousel post, 2 short-form videos)

Key message: Show a real before/after resume example (anonymized). Post a carousel titled "5 things your resume says to a sales hiring manager (and 5 things it should say)." Highlight the gap between how career changers describe themselves vs. what sales recruiters look for.

CTA: "Tag someone who'd crush it in sales but doesn't know it yet."

Week 3Aug 4-10, 2026
Feature Reveal

Theme: "Meet MissionReady — your AI career coach for sales."

Content mix: 5 posts including THE walkthrough video (cross-platform)

Key message: High-level feature walkthrough video (see video script below). Three short teaser clips extracted from the walkthrough for Reels/Stories: the resume scanner, the mock interview, and the knowledge hub.

CTA: "Launching August 17. First 100 users get priority access and a free coaching consultation. Link in bio."

Week 4Aug 11-17, 2026
Launch Week

Theme: "MissionReady is live. Let's get you into sales."

Content mix: 5-7 posts (launch announcement, founder video, user success story teaser, CTA posts, behind-the-scenes)

Key message: Go live day post on Thursday Aug 17. Weekend follow-up with "first 24 hours" reaction post showing early sign-up numbers. Founder video talking about the journey of building v1 and what's coming next.

CTA: "Try it free. 2 resume scans included. Link in bio."

MissionReady Full Feature Walkthrough
🎥 VIDEO STRUCTURE:

[0:00-0:30] OPENING — Founder on camera
"Hi, I'm [Name], founder of MissionBridge Career Advisors. I want to show you something
I built for every person who's ever thought 'I'd be great at sales, but my resume
doesn't look like a sales resume.'

This is MissionReady — and it's designed to change that."

[0:30-1:30] THE PROBLEM — Voiceover with screen recording
"Here's what happens when you're a teacher, a nurse, or a restaurant manager trying
to break into sales: you paste your resume into a job application and... silence.

Not because you're not qualified. Because you don't speak the language of sales hiring
managers yet. That's where MissionReady comes in."

[1:30-2:00] RESUME COACH — Screen demo
"First, the Resume Coach. You paste your resume — or build one from scratch if you
don't have one — and our AI analyzes it on 10 dimensions that sales recruiters
actually care about: results metrics, sales keywords, impact language, transferable
skill framing..."

[2:00-2:30] INTERVIEW PREP — Screen demo
"Next, Interview Prep. An AI hiring manager interviews you for the exact company and
role you're targeting. You get coaching feedback after every answer. Tell it you're
applying to Salesforce as an SDR? It'll ask you Salesforce-style questions."

[2:30-3:00] INDUSTRY INTEL — Screen demo
"And the Industry Intel tab — pick your vertical. Medical device sales? Here are the
terms you need to know, salary ranges, top employers, sample interview questions,
and certifications. Walk into the interview already speaking the language."

[3:00-3:30] CLOSING — Founder back on camera
"This is version one. We built it to solve the biggest problem career changers face:
translation. Translating your real experience into the language of sales.

We have big plans for what's next — and we want your feedback to shape it. Drop a
comment, try the free scans, and tell us what would make this more useful for you.

MissionReady is live now — link in bio."
Notes: Record in a well-lit space with clean background. Use screen recording software (Loom or OBS) for the demo portions. Cut between face-camera and screen-camera. Keep energy high. This is the hero content piece.

Why I Built MissionReady
🎥 VIDEO SCRIPT:

"I spent [X years] watching talented, driven people get rejected from sales roles
— not because they couldn't do the job, but because their resume didn't speak the
language of sales.

A teacher who managed 30 kids and angry parents every day? That's stakeholder
management and conflict resolution. A nurse who handled 12 patients during a shift
change? That's prioritization under pressure and rapport building.

But none of that showed up on their resumes.

So I built MissionReady — to be the translator. To show you what's already there
and what to add. To let you practice interviewing before the stakes are real.

This is v1. It does three things: analyzes your resume for sales readiness, lets
you practice interviews with an AI hiring manager, and gives you industry-specific
knowledge so you walk in prepared.

I built this for the career changers. The people who know they can sell — they
just need someone to show them how to prove it.

Try it. Tell me what you think. Tell me what you want next. This is just the start."

Notes: Personal, warm, direct to camera. No screen recording needed — just you. Shoot horizontally for LinkedIn/FB, vertically for IG Reels.
Version 1 Messaging Guidance
Always include in launch content:

"This is version one of MissionReady. We built it to solve the biggest problem career changers face — and we know there's more to build. Your feedback directly shapes what comes next. Tell us what you need."

Tone:

Humble but confident. You've built something real that solves a real problem. Own that — but make it clear you're listening and iterating. No corporate-speak. Talk like a founder who genuinely wants to help people.

What NOT to say:

"Revolutionary" / "Game-changing" / "Disrupting the industry" — let users say that. You say: "Here's what it does. Here's why we built it. Tell us what we got wrong."

The ask:

Every post should have a clear CTA: try the free scans, share with someone who'd benefit, or drop feedback in the comments. No passive content.
